At Axe Social, we are committed to providing an exceptional experience for all our customers. To ensure smooth operations, timely scheduling, and fairness to all guests, we ask that you follow our late policy and cancellation guidelines as outlined below.

• Bowling and Axe Throwing:
  Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled time to allow sufficient time for check-in, waivers, and shoe distribution (for bowling).
• Darts and Pool:
  While these activities are less time-sensitive, we recommend arriving a few minutes early to ensure a seamless start to your session.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. If you arrive late to your scheduled session, please note the following:

• Shortened Session: Your session time may be reduced to keep our schedule on track for other customers.
• No-Show After 10 Minutes: If you are more than 10 minutes late without notifying us, we reserve the right to reassign your activity (lane, time slot, or table) to another group.

• Scheduled Hour: Axe throwing sessions start promptly on the hour and run for one-hour slots. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time to ensure timely transitions for other groups.

We understand that plans can change. To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy:

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment or service can be rescheduled to another available date at no additional cost, subject to availability.
• Alternatively, you are eligible for a full refund if you prefer not to reschedule.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment or service will receive a 75% refund of the total payment.

• GroupOn Policy: Axe Social is not responsible for expired or refunded GroupOns.
